Mr. Teusink has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been active in the Houston market since 1976 dealing with the sales, mergers, acquisitions and financing of small and middle market companies. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of business sales and purchases. Mr. Teusink is a registered representative with StillPoint Capital and holds his Series 82 and 63 registrations.

As a Business Broker, Mr. Teusink has listed and/or sold over 70 businesses. His background as a business owner, and his expertise in various service related industries, wholesale and distribution industries, and other commercial industries, allows him to work with both buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.
